The Square
This space, once cherished as a middle school playground, has been reborn as a pleasant square enveloped in greenery. It can be used for markets and various outdoor events. Serving as the facility's main entrance, it sees a steady flow of visitors daily.
The gymnasium
The space that served as the junior high school gymnasium remains preserved in its original state. Here, you can safely host a variety of events indoors, unaffected by the weather, including sports-related gatherings.
体育館扉前
施設スペースを複合的に使ったイベント時の小さなマルシェやポップアップ、体育館利用時のエントランス連動スペースとしてご活用いただけます。人が行き交う場所だからこそ「見てもらう」「立ち止まってもらう」きっかけづくりにも適しています。
1F HOME/WORK STUDIO (Broadcast Studio)
This recording studio is ideal for producing audio content such as podcasts. We provide an environment where you can concentrate and achieve high-quality audio recordings.
1F Shared Kitchen (117)
This space offers shared access to commercial kitchen equipment. It is designed for those seeking new culinary challenges, such as baking and pastry production. Rental services are scheduled to begin around fall 2025.

1F Gallery Space
This gallery space adjoins the bookstore “Totsutotsu.” Utilizing its spacious, large white walls, it can host various artworks and special exhibitions.
1F West Entrance
This entrance space is located on the west side of the facility. While detailed functions and usage methods are currently under consideration, it is scheduled to open for use around autumn 2025.
2F ウッドデッキ
屋外ならではの空や風を感じながら、イベントやワークショップ、撮影など多様な用途でご利用いただける開放感のある空間です。広場とつながる階段や2Fブックラウンジに隣接しており、周囲のにぎわいを感じながら、ゆったりとした雰囲気でご利用いただけます。
2F 連絡通路（体育館棟−校舎棟）
2Fブックラウンジから校舎棟2Fへとつながる連絡通路です。日常の動線にひらかれた表現の場としてご利用いただけます。展示での利用、209との連動した空間利用にも最適です。
2F Hall (209)
Seating for 70–80 people / Standing room
This hall accommodates approximately 100 people and can be used for a wide range of purposes, including seminars, lectures, press conferences, parties, exhibitions, and talk events.
By customizing furnishings such as chairs and tables, we can create the optimal space tailored to your diverse needs.
3F Classroom (304)
This former junior high school classroom retains its original appearance as a place where students once studied.
Capable of accommodating 20 to 30 people, it still features the blackboard and desks used during lessons.
Ideal for meetings, training sessions, and workshops, it's also the perfect space for school-themed photo shoots and events.
3F Meeting Room (310)
We offer meeting rooms ideal for conferences and business negotiations.
Choose from two 4-person rooms and two 12-person rooms (equipped with monitors) to suit your needs.
Same-day use is available at the on-site counter if reservations permit.
2F MIDORI.so ラウンジ
MIDORI.so Ikejiri内にあるキッチン付きオルタナティブスペースです。
プロジェクターや音響機材、広いキッチンも完備。ケータリング付きのイベントや、撮影、ワークショップ、トークイベント、交流会などに最適なスペースです。
2F MIDORI.so ギャラリー
MIDORI.so Ikejiri内にあるギャラリースペースです。
シンプルかつ清潔感のあるホワイトキューブ型となっており、ギャラリーや展示販売会、ポップアップストア等に最適な使い勝手の良いスペースです。セミナー、ワークショップ、交流会等にもご利用いただけます。
1F neighbors sports club STUDIO A
床や壁に安全性の高いマットが敷かれた66.7㎡（約40帖）のスタジオです。様々なスポーツやヨガはもちろん、お子様や高齢者の方の運動やイベント、座学などに幅広くご利用いただけます。元音楽室のため、防音設備(二重窓＋防音壁)も整っています。
1F neighbors sports club STUDIO B
壁一面が鏡になった48.2㎡（約29帖）のフローリングスタジオです。音響設備や大型ミラーを備えダンス用途などにも対応します。背面にある大型のホワイトボードを利用してセミナーなどの用途でもご利用いただけます。
1F neighbors sports club CLUB HOUSE
neighbors受付脇にある33.6㎡（約20.8帖）の土足スペースです。
元音楽室のため、大型の黒板や防音設備(二重窓＋防音壁)が整っています。小規模な展示会や即売会、コミュニティでの活用(軽食可)などもでき、隣接するSTUDIO Aと大型ガラス窓を通した連動利用も可能です。
1F neighbors sports club ランニングステーション/シャワー
広々としたロッカースペース（ロッカー36基）と、シャワーブースを2つずつ備えた男女別パウダールームを完備。ドライヤー、シャンプー・リンス・ボディソープも備えています。ロッカーに荷物を預けて、ランニング後にそのままシャワーをご利用いただけます。
